About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP and a strong foundation in accounting principles. This role is responsible for supporting general ledger activities, financial reporting, and account reconciliation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and post journal entries in SAP
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies
Maintain accurate and organized financial records
Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
1-3 years of accounting experience (preferred)
Proficiency in SAP (required)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
